Synopsis
“Earth, Speak” is a story about reconnecting with one’s roots. The main character, David, has struggled with what it means to be Penobscot for a while. He must tackle his own inner demons in order to find the solace he so craves. This solace comes from his culture and his reconnection with his family. All around him are people who have led him astray or people who themselves have lost their connection to the Penobscot people. David finds himself understanding how sacred the Earth is and how reconnecting with the Earth will help him to reconnect with his culture and his family.
